Didn't that Rhythm Final Fantasy game have DLC? If it did, then this isn't the 3DS' first paid DLC.

It did? I didn't know that, I thought they just said there would be some in the future.

Yeah, but that wasn't true Eshop DLC.

It still is the first 3DS DLC, so NSMB2 is second place.

So they sold me an incomplete game and now they want to charge me with 7,50 Euro for 3 additional levels? Why don't they give them for free?

Hey, it's still cheaper than EA's DLC.

Also, it looks like we get those levels this Thursday

The game really isn't incomplete. You're already getting a full product with the games 9 worlds, secret exits and star coins in each level. Not to mention coin rush on its own, these are just small packs with three levels each. I do wish that they made the prices just a tad bit cheaper ( $2.00 maybe?).

$2.50 for an extra 3 levels?

Not liking where this is going

$2.50 is a bit steep for just 3 levels, but heck, I'm gonna buy them anyways!

I love how everyone assumes that if a game gets DLC, even if it's months later and that are not in the original cartridge/disc, the game was incomplete from the very beginning.

Sure, but that's how it is. With that addition you get something completely new: static levels for coin rush, with apparently the ability to gain more coins than with a random level set (for a casual player, I don't care, have reached the idiotic 30.000 limit). Those levels could have been there from the beginning on.

So what happens now if you streetpass someone who keeps his personal record in those $$$-levels? A notification to upgrade by giving $$$?

By the way 2,5 Euro = 3,25 $. So that's 10 $ for the complete set. And i f I understood right, there will be additional level sets. So if you want the complete game, you have to double the price, with half of the content on your personal console and not on the catridge. I don't like this evolution.

I thought there already was DLC for NSMB2? Don't know where I have been, I just could have swore I heard someone say you could buy extra worlds on the game.

Anyways, this is pretty sweet. I love Mario and am going to be getting this game. $2.50 for three levels isn't bad. Unless they are $2.50 each, they aren't right? I know on the Vita I spent like $4 each on three Gravity Rush DLC's.

Only got the Nerve Wrack pack at the moment, but i'll get the others sometime soon. This is a really great way to keep NSMB2 up and running and I hope for more in the near future.

Got all 3 of them, 7.5€. I really don't get why a digital only thing keeps the stupid tradition of being way more expensive in EU than in the US, but oh well.

The gold-***** track would be fun if you could grab more than 30k coins. I'd get like 50-60k on it if it was possible... the 2nd set was just plain boring. The only good one is the hard one, that took me about an hour to get past the 15k goal.

Leave your 3DS closed with NSMB2 in the game slot or keep an SD card with the game in it. You should get a notification about DLC. Boot the game up then go to Coin Rush, you should see a shop button.
