Default Zero Punctuation reviews Paper Mario: Sticker Star

Yahtzee of Zero Punctuation fame reviews Paper Mario: Sticker Star, and he conveys my feelings of apathy so well towards this game it isn't even funny. I don't necessarily agree with everything his says but his spiel around the middle about this "not being a real Paper Mario game" sums up my feelings perfectly.

Yahtzee really nailed this one. I already posted my thoughts in the official thread, but yeah. What is this game if it's not an RPG and not a platformer? Pretty boring. I really hope Nintendo and Intelligent Systems get their act together if they decide to take this franchise any further, which I hope they do. more Sticker Stars, please.

Wait, this guy is actually my all-time favorite reviewer of all time, after seeing just this one.

"After Galaxy, the Mario series has just been rolling back and forth on the floor of a public bathroom, trying to catch spiders in it's mouth."

But seriously, it was an accurate review.

I still enjoyed Sticker Star for what it was, but yeah, it isn't really a proper Paper Mario game.

Sure, they brought back the turn-based battles, but what about partners, leveling up, a good story, unique NPC's, badges, lots of dialogue, etc? Everything that makes Paper Mario good, they took away from Sticker Star.

"We just want to play in the cupboard Nintendo, we know you are keeping warioware in there too!"

I expect a full game and wario review Yahtzee!
Always buy the game first to see if you will enjoy the demo.
