Really like this. Only thing I dislike is the hair. Something is off about it but I can't quite place it.

I think it just might be the the top of the hair. Her nose and eyes suggest to me that she is looking up and most likely tilting her head upward. Because of that the front portion of her hair should be near the highest point for her head. Though the way you drew the top of her head makes it look like she is either looking straight forward or slightly down.

Bad at hair? Then what's this? Looks pretty amazing to me.

Wow, aRt! These are really good. You've got a really good sense of capturing emotion in facial expressions.

In terms of the hair, I think it looks fine. You know where to put your highlights and your shadows. Don't be afraid to go pretty extreme with those contrasts, though. The more, the better! Just always be aware of where your light source is coming from.
