You can comment, Yeah, and view posts. You can't view messages, add friends, create new posts, etc. It will most likely get these features eventually as it is just a beta.

I know you can reply to posts, but can you make new posts? How? Spell it out for me, brah.

This was created for WiiU users so that can quickly check miiverse on the go from their smartphone or on their laptops/PCs. It's not created so that we can all use it whether we have a WiiU or not...

Yeah, you definitely cannot make your own posts. Bummer. Think we'll ever get that? I doubt it.

Is it safe to assume that you can only use it if you've made an account on the Wii U first? I figured that would be the case. Regardless, it's looking pretty good so far and I can't wait 'til it finally comes to the 3DS.

Nintendo is calling this the beta.

That's true, but I don't think something as important as making new posts would be left out in a beta if it was going to be used in the final product. I think Nintendo wants to keep the Wii U as the machine for announcing your gaming achievements and other devices as the machines you use to check updates. But you never know.

Oh well, at least I have yet another thing to do in class instead of work. And that's always a positive thing.
