Wii U Games: What You Have & What You're Getting
So far, I'm still stuck with just NSMBU and Nintendo Land. I played Trine 2, and I might pick up Toki Tori 2 as well; but as many of you are, I'm pretty anxious to play some quality material (not a big fan of Monster Hunter, though I'm glad to hear many of you are enjoying it.)
Here is a list of confirmed games coming to the Wii U:

Source In terms of the near future, I'll probably be getting The Wonderful 101 if the reviews come back positive. Rayman Legends and Pikmin 3, of course. Then, apart from the obvious ones (Smash, Zelda and Mario) I'll be keeping my eyes out for Deus Ex, Watchdogs, Bayonetta, Monolith Soft's X, Shantae, and Arkham Origins. I have NSMBU, Nintendo Land, ZombiU, and Monster Hunter (not including some VC games).
Nintendo Land and Monster Hunter are my go-to games if I'm playing Wii U right now. Monster Hunter is endless, but for me I have to be in the right mood to enjoy that sort of game (that and I got thrashed after an hour-long fight, so I haven't picked up the game since, but don't tell anyone ssshh). Nintendo Land still offers challenges for me as well as multiplayer fun. As for NSMBU and ZombiU, they were one-time things. I may replay Mario but I feel no inclination to replay ZombiU so I'll probably trade that in sometime for another Wii U game. I'm looking forward to Game and Wario in the nearer future.

 (I know Xenoblade is Wii. It's just there because I was too lazy to take it off the shelf. :P) In the future this year I plan on getting: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Super Mario 3D World Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze That's all I can think of for now.

I wouldn't mind some more games. I thought I wouldn't give a crap about playing games solely on the gamepad, but I do it often. Its nice. Don't have to kick the wife off the tv to play. |

These are the Wii U games I own so far + DuckTales Remastered and Art Academy SketchPad digital.
 I don't really like the way my games sit on this awkward DVD stand I've been using, but anyways... I definitely want to get Mario Kart 8 and that Yarn Yoshi game. Maybe Smash Bros, Hyrule Warriors and Monolith Soft's "X". I dunno what else I want at this point in time as far as games that have actually been shown go.

So far I have:
Call of Duty: Ghosts Super Mario 3D World Nintendo Land Windwaker HD. I've also loaned Donkey Kong and The Wonderful 101 from Nintendo for review purposes. So gotta send those back soon! It's a good way to see if I like the game before buying lol I will be getting Mario Kart 8 and SSBU! Will wait and see what is announced at E3. Hopefully some surprises. |
