What do you mean? The content level of NSLU is on par with NSMBU, which had a $60 price tag. It's practically an entirely new entry in the NSMB series. I don't see any reason to see $20 for a download like that as bad.

The DLC has over 80 levels and a new playable character. Seems fair to me.

But $15 map packs are acceptable for 4 maps? This DLC has great value. Over 80 levels, a new character, and new mechanics. How is $20 not acceptable?

I want to buy retail just to say I have a green wii U case.

$30 is pretty steep though, but I might get it if I can get it cheap somewhere.

99 second limit for every level, invincible nabbit and same exact overworld are a huge let down though.

ive watched the game for a bit on streams now, does the game have an unlockable where you have regular time or an option?. I find it annoying all levels have 100 seconds it should have just been an unlockable instead i like to explore the levels in my own pace

By taking your time through them and checking everything for secrets.

There isn't really much to explore in a 2D Mario Brothers game, check the pipes/any time where the game allows you to choose to go up or down and you've essentially found everything. Very rarely are there any well-hid secrets.

I decided to buy it today. Was gonna wait for retail, but I am poor, and I wanted to play today.

I like it. It's faster, and feels much harder than it's parent game. I'm enjoying it thoroughly.

I really want the retail version of this with the sexy green box, but the official price here in Europe is 39€. THIRTYNINE. FREAKING. EUROS. What the hell. How can the retail version cost twice as much as the digital one? Sure, it's probably cheaper since you must also own NSMBU, but... I want the retail version... but at that sick price.... agh, Nintendo, ye morons...

It's worth it. I just got my copy today, the box is so nice.

I'm purchasing a Wii U later this month, and I'll be preordering this when I do. It's not only a case of the physical version looking cooler, but I also don't own NSMBU. NSLU looks like the perfect NSMB game.

I got mine on the 25th along with Pikmin 3. I got the retail version not just because of the cool box but because I refuse to buy digital especially if the game is available in retail as the digital content is tied to the hardware and not the user account.

Everything you buy is tied to the account; the account itself is tied to the hardware. Nintendo is able to untie it. When you first make a Mii it asks if you want a new or existing ID, so in the future it will be possible to log in with an existing ID.

I just finished New Super Mario Bros. U 100% today. Now I am ready for New Super Luigi U on the 25th.

I got myself Luigi U yesterday. I've had it preordered for a while. The problem is, I planned to have a Wii U by now. And I don't.

Luckily, I'll be ordering one in a few days.

Also, the game comes with a manual for the manual. How stupid is that?

I got the retail version on Sunday. I prefer physical items and the box art is just too good.

Got my physical copy on Sunday. Got the physical for the reasons stated before. The gorgeous box (and box art), and I like physical better (Nintendo, just implement an actual account system already). Sadly the disc art on my copy is kinda messed up, as some things on the disc are kinda blurry, and look like they're doubles. But it's minor, so I'm fine with it. I'm really enjoying the game, certainly a bit harder than NSMBU.

This game is CRAZY!!!!
You get so used to speeding through everything as quickly as possible, and it suddenly expects you to take your time! That's the most jarring part.
