Hahaha, I know I post a lot of EA articles, but it just amazes me how wish-washy they are.
Wii U Does Not Support EA's Frostbite Engine
^ That article is about EA saying the Wiiu "isn't compatible" with Frostbite 3. Now they are saying, "Oh, yeah, it is compatible, but the Wiiu doesn't have a high enough userbase. (Which is totally understandable; I get that. What annoys me, however, is how EA has constantly been bashing on the Wiiu like it is so inferior, etc, when it can run their games. They just don't like Nintendo, but know that Nintendo is a huge part of the gaming market. LOL)
Seriously, EA, stop making excuses and just get over it. The past is the past.

Running it is one thing, running it as a decent enough/playable/enjoyable framerate is another.

EA is on a swing. They just keep going back and forth on their statements. This is happening so often, it feels like corporate trolling. That or something else is going on.

Obviously but if they wanted to they could run it on android, just not at its full potential. The point is it is meant Xbox one, PS4, and PC. On any other platform it isn't fully optimized. That's the thing though; EA is saying that Frostbite couldn't run on the Wiiu not because it wouldn't be compatible or even just scaled-downed, but because it doesn't have a large install base. I'm hearing talk that the reason they are doing this is because Disney is forcing them to put a Star Wars game or something on the system, and those games run Frostbite.
