A year or two ago, I purchased Majora's Mask on the Wii for my birthday. I had a great time completing the game's sidequests, and it was worth every penny. I accidentally transferred it to my Wii U along with my other WiiWare. The Wii U will not accept GCN controllers. I checked the Wii Shop Channel on my original Wii, and of course, my shopping data had been transferred as well. Are there any alternatives to spending money? I would rather not repurchase the game or any extra peripherals.

I will probably get a Pro controller soon. So I was wondering, will that work with N64 games? Or do I need the Classic controller?

Sadly, no pro controller. However, you can connect a classic controller or classic controller pro to the wiimotes connected to your console.
