Idk i had issues with streetpass at first being in hawaii. But now i get tons of them with animal crossing. Mostly japanese ones with amazing houses. The more good games that come out the more people will buy the 3DS.

I'm from Hawaii also and I also get tons of Streetpasses thanks to the Streetpass relay points located in most Starbucks and McDonald's stores. I previously frequent the Ala Moana mall but now I just collect Streetpasses from the Leeward area where I live.

Never had this problem and i don't live in a big town.
Just bring your 3DS to game stores, malls, and anything else that might be considered nerdy.

I live in a very remote part of the US and do not get many streetpasses. But I did take a trip to Europe recently. The Louvre in Paris, France is a streetpass bomb!!! I got like 15 - 20 streetpasses from around the world. I streetpassed people from Italy, Spain, France, Germany, US, and even Japan, all from the Louvre.

Every time I bring my 3DS out, I'll usually get at least one streetpass. Especially if I'm going to a GameStop or a store with a 3DS demo system (those things are lifesavers if you need a certain colored Mii for Find Mii/2). It also goes without saying that I get tons of passes whenever I go to a Nintendo event or a con (I'm going to one this weekend, pretty neat coincidence since it's also the "National Streetpass Weekend").
