Hello there! I'm new to the 3DS systems and I just got my first 3DS 3 DayS ago and my top lid seems to be a little bit flimsy. I Don't know if it's normal or if I should go return it and get another one back? Any help? This is how it is. I uploaded the video to youtube. Please help me! D: I don't want to make my first 3DS a bad experience!

Yes. I believe all 3DS do this. Mine is the same way, just be careful not to snap the top screen off....

I have a 3DS XL Zelda edition, it's not as flimsy as yours, but it's pretty flims.

Since you got it 3 days ago, I would try to exchange it for a 3DS XL, (not saying you have to) but it's so worth it, even though its like $30 more.

Thanks guys, I was worried It does get on my nerve a little but what can I do :P and agh I wanted a 3DS XL but I didn't have the extra 30 dollars But anyways I read on the Nintendo Support that it's okay for it to be a bit flimsy that way it won't break or something like that

Yeah, I have had DS systems that loose, should not be a problem, you get use to it eventually. My 3DS XL seemed a bit too "tight" to me, and I was worried I was forcing it open when I first got mine. But either way, it doesn't seem to change much with time, so I think it's just a variation in how the manufacturing machines tighten it. On the bright side, I got one of the first DS systems when they came out, and the top did get really loose after only a few months, they don't do that anymore, thankfully.
