Default Wii U Fall Update Predictions/Expectations

Lately, I've been thinking about the features the Wii U has to offer from time to time, and now there are a solid line up of games that have been announced coming later in 2013 and throughout 2014. But there are still a few issues that the Wii U has that I hope Nintendo fixes with upcoming updates with the OS. I have a Wii U, and I like the features it has, but I feel the hardware features could use some tweaking. Nintendo said the update would come late September - early October so we're almost there. Here's what I hope to see:

-Fix account system and make it unified with the 3DS.
-Downloadable games tied to account not system
-Party Chat; Send/create messages while in game (cross game chat)
-BT headset support
-Faster load times across the whole OS
-Faster DL speeds (although I'm not sure why DL speeds are slower on Wii U than on a 360 with the same connection. Doesn't make sense to me)
-Be able to fully navigate the OS with the Pro controller
-System-Wide Acheivements
-In game notifications (Like they did for 360)

Personal Bonus: I hope the system will attract the mainstream people to wanting to buy the system.

Of course everybody wants this (Wii U players). It's like saying, "I hope Nintendo continues making good games."

-Fix account system and make it unified with the 3DS. Doubt they will connect them.
-Downloadable games tied to account not system I hope they at least get this right
-Party Chat; Send/create messages while in game (cross game chat) It'd be nice, but this is Nintendo
-BT headset support I dunno
-Faster load times across the whole OS This NEEDS to happen. It's not as bad as I thought but still not great
-Faster DL speeds (although I'm not sure why DL speeds are slower on Wii U than on a 360 with the same connection. Doesn't make sense to me) Servers
-Be able to fully navigate the OS with the Pro controller Not happening
-System-Wide Acheivements Hahhahah....oh wait you're serious. Let me laugh harder. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
-In game notifications (Like they did for 360) Possible

Personal Bonus: I hope the system will attract the mainstream people to wanting to buy the system.
I don't know what to expect, so I'd rather not trying to raise them. Nintendo has a lot of moments of sheer brilliance, yet they seem to miss the common sense things.

-Fix account system and make it unified with the 3DS. God send here
-Downloadable games tied to account not system This is something we need for sure
-Party Chat; Send/create messages while in game (cross game chat) This would be awesome, especially if you could write them on the gamepad during gameplay.
-BT headset support Sure, why not
-Faster load times across the whole OS They're already pretty fast, but I wouldn't mind them being a little faster.
-Faster DL speeds (although I'm not sure why DL speeds are slower on Wii U than on a 360 with the same connection. Doesn't make sense to me) This is true, the wifi is absolutely terrible
-Be able to fully navigate the OS with the Pro controller I didn't know you couldn't do that right now, it would be nice though
-System-Wide Acheivements Is this heaven?
-In game notifications (Like they did for 360) Would love that

Another 3 things that should be added

-Better game stability, I don't know if it's just the game or just me, but really graphical games like Lego City or Disney Infinity seem to hard lock on me.
-VC Being tied to the 3DS and Wii U through a single account, no one should be charged twice for the same old game.
-The ability to turn off automatic updates, this HAS TO HAPPEN, I hate when a update always slows my download speed to a halt, it's a pain for slow connections.

-Party Chat; Send/create messages while in game (cross game chat) meh
-BT headset support meh
-Faster load times across the whole OS always a good thing
