Question Problem with game slot on 3DS XL

Hi, I just bought a red X/Y 3DS XL, after setting it up i decide to play a while but, when I insert the game I have to push harder on one side and sometimes move it because it tilts to the side like if a pin was pushing against it. This is my first 3DS and I dont know if this should be normal, i searched online and a couple of people complain about the same problem.

Here is how it looks like:

I found a video on youtube (link below) that shows the problem I'm having.

3DS XL slot problem - YouTube

Is this normal or should i rush to the store for a replacement?

Edit: on the video the person is using a R4 card, I have the problem with a legit 3DS and DS game.

Haven't seen this problem arise. Definitely a malfunction. Sounds like some piece of hardware is keeping it from sliding down all the way, but I am no expert. I would for sure head to the store for a replacement. Don't even bother with this. It doesn't seem to be hurting anything, but it is a hassle that there is no need for you to have. Not to mention if something really gets lodged in there, you might would have a problem getting the game down at all. Replace it now while it is still new and the game store won't give you any issues.

I would definitely replace it right away, while the console's still new. I've never heard of this issue before, but it's possible that it could get worst as time goes by and you wouldn't want that.

Thanks! Just came back from the store and replaced it (last one in stock!) I tried it on several other 3DS XL'S and it does make some resistance but mine made a clicking sound the others did not when it was only half way in, the manager changed it with no buts or problems.
