I'm just curious as to where the games are pre-installed.

Are they pre-installed into the system, in which when you remove the included SD card,
the game is still found on your menu screen.

Or are they pre-installed into the included SD card in which
if it's remove, you can't play the game and game icon isn't found on
the menu screen.

The following photos of these systems are the ones I found which has the game
"pre-installed" in them. I know there are alot more but I just wanna show samples.

I hope to get a clear answer from you guys.
Especially from the ones who own such systems.
Thanks in advanced!

You don't have to own those systems to know the answer to this question.

Because the games that are pre-installed, are tied to the system the same way any other digital game from eShop gets tied to the system you bought it for.

Like any other digital game, these games are installed on the SD Card not the system. And you deal with them the same exact way.

nevertheless...the pre-installed game is found on the SD card
but when the card is inserted on other systems, it wont load up.

Of course it won't load up. Once the game had been installed on a particular system, it won't load up on another.

And it doesn't matter that all the games are saved or found on the SD card.

Because the games will not load up on a system that they weren't originally installed on. Unless you do a system transfer.

Uhm, I don't think they come pre-installed.
I've been looking at bundles when I got my 3DSXL and WiiU.
All of the bundles either contained a download-code for the game or the physical game.

So I don't think they come pre-installed. But when you download it it will be stored on the SD card. As far as I know the 3DS (any 3DS) doesn't have internal storage space.

The games in the OP come pre-installed on the SD card. But to be able to play them, you need the specific license that is tied to game saved on the SD card. That is why you can't just use that SD card on another system.

But yeah, some other games have a code. Like the Zelda bundle.

But again, once the game has been downloaded on a particular system (and saved on the SD card), said game stays tied to that system.
