Nice game collection. At one point, I used to have like, 3x as much GameCube games than Wii ones.

There is also a PS3 under the PSP and DS if you didn't notice (I didn't noticed the PS3 right off the bat). :P

Oh man... is that an Ocarina of Time v.1.0 I see there? With the original Fire Temple music, and Ganondorf puking blood in it? Oh damn, I am jealous if that's the case. That version was never released in Europe.

I am pretty sure it is, last time I was in the fire temple i noticed
the music, especially after playing the virtual console version and hearing the difference.

Those Game Boy Lights are super rare! I've always wanted one, I love rare and collectors items. I just saw one on eBay for $800 Aus dollars.

These are all my current handhelds. I had a purple GBA that I gave to my sister when I bought the GBA SP, and I sold my silver DS Phat to buy my DS Lite.

I have this weirdo plastic shell on my DS Lite, which makes it way fatter. Awesome. Normally, it's just too small and thin, my hands hurts after just a few minutes when playing games that use the shoulder buttons. (dunno why I took a pic with my ugly hand visible xD)

Still works like a charm! <3 perfect sound quality, and I love adjusting the contrast simply for the nostalgia factor. I've beaten the first 2 temples in this game recently on it, I love it. ^^

When playing it today, I always connect the audio out to my subwoofer system by the PC. It's an amazing feeling to hear the 8-bit music with awesome loud sound quality with lots of bass xD haha

Awesome!! A Game Boy Pocket!! I always wanted one when I was a kid, but my parents wouldn't buy me an Original/Pocket/Color. I have a metallic red GBA SP, but I can't find it anywhere to take any pics.

Your white DS Lite looks so... clean for something white. Is that a pink stylus? lol. Ever considered an XL for more hand comfort? But then again, the resolution on the XL is a little more pixelated looking.

That Game Boy Pocket was my very first handheld. I got it from my parents at christmas eve 1998. <3 I'll never sell or toss it away, even if it stops working.

I never considered the DSi or the DSi XL. Simply 'cause I was already tired of the DS' lame hardware, I was waiting for their new real upgrade (= 3DS) ^^ it's super comfy with this shell.
And yes! That is a pink stylus. xD my original one broke after I was attempting to mod it into a broken pencil.
Also notice the 2 green glitter thingies by the power button? Those are stuck between the white plastic and the transparent plastic, there's nothing I can do to get rid of them! xD they have been there since last summer, my then gf's niece were playing around with glitter and my DS Lite happened to be there... it was drenched in them, I've managed to clean them all away except for those two, haha.

I'm like that with my DS Phat and Micro. Something about them just seems too precious to give away/sell/throw out.

Yeah, that's very true. When I had a Lite, I had the same problem (even though I have tiny hands lol). I don't know what it us about the Lite, it just gets uncomfortable to hold. I had one of these with mine and it was so comfy!

I knew it, I thought that stylus was a pink one. LOL. I didn't notice the green glitter, but I did when I looked back for a closer look at it.

The channel with the picture from Wind Waker is the Photo Channel 1.1 (You can put a picture as the icon), and the Pokemon Black/ White is just the Nintendo Channel advertising the games.

You should get one of those white Gamecube controllers that have the long cords:

Same, but I'd only get one if it was the same aqua blue colour as the 3DS. I hate it when things don't match.

It's from Amazon xD That whole kit is like $40

http://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-3DS-2...T2X80VFTD02FHK
That's one of em

http://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-3DS-2...d_sim_sbs_vg_7
That's another

http://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-3DS-C...d_sim_sbs_vg_2
And that's another of the sort. They also have a red one like the 2 above, but don't know why, since there's no red 3DS ATM.

Oh, okay, good find! I don't really care about the kit, I've got cases and stuff. I only want the hand grip.

Added after 9 minutes:

I want to use this case I have for my 3DS. It's pretty.

lololol I used my Micro to prop it open so you can see inside. I just hope the 3DS fits.

Like I've said before, it's really quite obvious it will fit since the 3DS is actually slightly smaller than the DS'. xD

I will definitely buy one of those grips. Though I want a black one for some reason, that would make an awesome contrast. (top screen: black, bottom part: blue, grip: black) I'll wait till it's released and all though, making sure that I get one that is totally optimized to fit well. I don't trust pre-launch kits lol.

Yeah, I shouldn't worry about it. I thought the DSi would fit, but it didn't and I got mad, but yeah, the 3DS is smaller than it, so there's like, a 99% chance it will fit.

I don't trust prelaunch stuff, either, especially the ones that look like mockups. I've bought accessories before that looked like the same colour as the DS I had, but in real life, they were a slightly different colour. D:

And some of my games. That pile of CD covers are all Wii games, and only 8 of the ones with covers are original ones, lol.
My gamecube is in a drawer, and my SNES... my sister stole it. >=C she has it in her appartment which is waaaaaay south from here. </3

Looking at your awwwsome stuff (lol Harry Potter) makes me miss mine. I'm in the same boat, my brother has my SNES, N64 and Xbox Original at his apartment. Weird, but funny coincidence, right? lol. I've never owned an Original Nintendo, I kinda want one now, like as a collector item.

Only Ninty? Like, no Xbox or Playstation crap?

Harry Potter ftw! Nah, not really. I hate the movies, but I loved the books. I got all those DVD's from my parents as birthday gifts the year they were released, lol.

Haha, yeah. Sure, the SNES was our shared console, we got it from our parents. But most of the games are mine that I bought for my own money, and I always played it the most. I know she barely uses it D:

LOL. Don't get me started on Harry Potter... my mum LOVES the movies and every time a new one comes out, she drags me along with her to see it because she wont go alone. D: For some reason I just pictured my mum alone in the cinema with that forever alone look on her face.

The SNES we have is mine, I got it for my birthday when I was a little kid. We have a video of me unwrapping my presents and when I got to the big box (the SNES), I just sit there staring at it with a confused "UMM.... WTF IS THIS....?" look on my face. Being a little kid, I had no idea what it was. xD

Knowing what my brother is like, the SNES and N64 are probably both damaged with parts, games and controllers missing.

I support all consoles. Multi-fanboy FTW I *will* admit, though, that I'm more biased towards Mario/Zelda/Metroid than anything else out there.

Same, and that is something I realized even as a kid. I remember being like 5 years old or younger, and I got to play Sonic on some friend's ... dunno what, some Sega machine. I didn't like it, and then I found out that only Nintendo's own consoles would have Mario. That's when I decided I'd always just stick to Nintendo, and I never had to regret that choice. xD

Hey, same here! I've played Sonic and Crash Bandicoot games at friend's and cousin's houses and I didn't like them, I couldn't get into it.

I don't get why people hate on others just for only liking Nintendo. They can't help it if they don't like anything else.

I apologize for the low quality all I have is my phone, need to invest in a camera one of these days.

Computer, not used much for gaming but it's not completely unknown to happen.

...And behind it, 42" LG....

... Really taking advantage of that 120hz 1080p by playing Windwaker ;-)

@taheen99; you must really love Apple, haha. I don't think I've ever seen anyone with that much Apple products. Cool stuff, though and cute kitty cat.

@Kinvara; your gaming corner really confused me. I was looking at your games stacked there, then I looked over at the TV and consoles... they were sideways... then I realized the pic was uploaded sideways LOL. xD

Thanks guys.

shabu420, it's a MBP 13 in a dock. The little guy in front of it (left of monitor) is a 2tb external drive for my Time Machine. The cat is a complete camera-*****, she always find a way to sneek in to a shot.

There's more...

From top to bottom:

Also for the 25th Anniversary of Zelda:
(not really on topic but since I'm posting pics...)
Spoiler!

Forgot I also have Link's Awakening DX.
Used to have OOT and Majora's Mask for N64 but for some stupid reason (and because I wasn't collecting back then) I traded them in at GameStop.

Oh wow, Mother 3 O:
I don't think I would be able to play that game in Japanese, the witty dialogue is what made me love it so much. Regardless, nice to know there's another Mother fan here. :P

Hey, Society, totally awesome gaming corner and collection pics!

Do you have two PS3s? I saw a white one in your gaming corner pics, but there's also a black one in your collection pics.

Your collections and gaming corner puts mine to shame. I gave you +1 rep for these awesome pics.

With a GameCube collection that big, I'm surprised you don't have the Spice Orange one.

That house will be able to survive a nuclear holocaust then.

Gamecubes are indestructible.

(I find it ironic that a person who's username is Sony has so many Gamecubes. ;D )

Why do you have a picture of "Satoru Iwata" in your Game Room? (If that's him)

Cool room BTW, a little ghetto, but still cool

Ah... the good ol' days when games were big, thick clunky cartridges.

Not to mention pulling them in and out and blowing on them until they decide to work!

... I just realized how filthy all of that just sounded. xD

I just bought this too.

Back in the early 90's, when me and my sister first got our SNES, it came with 1 original controller and also a controller just like this one, that my parents bought. I loved it, but it broke after just a few days. I've never seen one online earlier when I've googled it, but now I found this for sale and decided to buy it for nostalgia.

That's a very nice game collection! You all have such awesome gaming places, looks all cosy.

Here's some more pics from my place, where I play everything except my Wii.

It's far from stylish or goodlooking, but it's cosy. :P my SNES will be positioned where the SNES controller is, if only postal service would hurry up lol.

More of a wall than a corner...I do have a nice retro gaming corner in the back of the room, but the room is currently under renovation, so this is all I can really show for now ^^"

Default Tour of Floorless' Setup

Here we go guys, a tour of my gaming corner. This is reasonably photo heavy (thus needs to be split into two parts) and may deserve a post of its own. But I'm going to include it here since this is what this thread is about.

My 60" TV - 9th Gen (and last of Pioneers T_T) Kuro Elite, pride and joy. I could write a novel on how everything these days is just full of junk like youtube access / facebook access and 3D with glasses, that no one really focuses on pure picture quality anymore, but I'll leave it just there.

We have my black DS's, the memory card moved from the 3DS, Wii with the sensor bar put away as I hardly use it and don't like seeing it on my TV. Wii is being used as a 360 controller charger (can you see the cable nicely thrown on the floor there?)

DSPhat, 360's and PS3 controllers, also some of the 360 titles I have. The Wii games are all stored elsewhere apart from the ones I played most recently. (Yep, all two of them since I moved the Wii here)

Some of the Japanese 360 games here.

The PS3 is hiding next to the games under the TV here.

My 3DS that has had a lot of exposure in public and here on the forums, is currently on charge on top of one of the rear speakers.

A Camera lens I almost never use. The PC games there are ones that require disc to be in the drive to play, the rest are stored in a box. I usually buy from Steam these days. Some of the movies are not mine. Some people like to be entertained here too so I have a range for different audiences.

My entertainment PC. Those lights I can't see when I'm seated so they don't distract

My "control center", if you will. With my beloved HD800's hanging off the side of the chair.

This is my newest computer purchase, the main function of this laptop is for photo/video editing. I don't want batch importing, converting, compression times etc slowing down my entertainment PC and I prefer the graphics related software available for/to use the software on OSX, so a separate machine is used for this.

This is currently used as a message terminal, software, web development and server and is never turned off. You will also notice a black 360 hiding behind there, this is the one that plays my Japanese 360 game collection.

This receiver has all my consoles and PC plugged into it, which then bridges to the main TV so all gaming/movies is played off the 60" To the right is the headphone amp that powers my HD800's

HDR picture of the Lehmannaudio BlackCube Linear USB headphone amp

Box where the headphones rest when not in use.

The rack as it is now. Its become more of a storage / display unit than a home cinema rack. Next time I move I will centralize my consoles on there. (Swap where the receiver is currently sitting with the printer at the bottom, move the figures on to my desk etc)
I could do this now but would require a couple of longer cables first.

Most of my figure collection here. I have made a 3D version of this picture formatted for the 3DS. Its all pop-out style so all those people that complain that the 3DS doesn't do pop out, you should show them this picture and shut them up

Still have a couple of packed figures, the next I will be picking up is Miku Support Version. Especially because 1000 yen will go to Japan red cross for this one.

Yeah, I knew the Resident Evil edition one was red, I was just wondering if that's the one it is or if it's a custom one.

I love red consoles, I have a red Wii and DSi XL.

EDIT: I can't believe I have posted 97 times in this thread.

Incredible setup, Floorless! Nothing I'll be able to achieve, but it's so beautiful to look at (except the figurines still in the boxes; those always bother me).

This post is kind of late for this thread, but here is my gaming corner:
Game corner.jpg
Note: These are all the portable consoles I have, I do have home consoles, but I could not get a photo of everything in one shot. The home consoles I have are Playstation 2, Nintendo 64 and my laptop.

By the way, not all of these are mine, some of them belong to my sibling but I use them often, the Nintendo consoles are all mine though (I am most certainly NOT a fan boy).

Here is mine:

It's not a corner, more of a wall, in my room. My Wii is played by the family, so it's not in there. I've only got the PS3. My little brother has the GNC in his room.

Considering I have a crappy camera I'll just describe mine.

50inch plasma screen. Kinect sitting on top. Directly underneath is my 5.1 surround sound unit. to the left is my 360 to the right is my ps3. to the far left in the corner next to my sub is my disconnected wii. Then I have my computer with dual screens, 5.1 surround, wireless mouse and keyboard.

I love my setup. ;D

Bump.

Would be cool to see this thread revived.
Also, could a mod perhaps change the title to "Post a picture of your gaming corner/game collection"? People have posted other stuff than their gaming corner already, and that would widen the purpose of the thread.

since i only wanted to take 1 picture, its kinda zoomed out, but ill tell you where stuff is
on top of the cabinet is the SNES on the right and PS2 on the left, top shelf of the inside of the cabinet is the N64 on the right and XBOX 360 on the left, and on the bottom is the NES on the left, and the genesis which is pushed waaaaaay far back, and see that red shoe box? thats my gamecube, i turned the shell into a lunchbox, 42 inch TV on top, the shelf to the right has all the games, arranged alphabetacally, and from year of release date of console, the oldest at the bottom, newest at top, DVDs and 2 blurays above all the games, cleaning supplies and a few boxes on the top of that
and my Wii is upstairs, and obviously out of the shot

*********BONUS PICTURE!**********

This is sort of my home console station where i play my Playstation 3.
Not the best TV Around but its good enough for me.
My 3DS games are always right beside the TV but imma need a new place to put it soon.

A Closer look under the table

My Nintendo 3DS Which is outside in the living room on a comfy chair.
It's sort of its resting place. And my 3DS isnt lonely. It has a view.
Lastly my Laptop! Which is right beside my PS gaming station
Not really a gaming laptop. More like for my daily needs such as school projects...Internet surfing...Sometimes online gaming. But it suits my PC gaming needs since i game mostly on the PS or the 3DS

And thats my gaming station

Obviously a collection of pins and miniature game console and controller keychains. I just love collecting these little things. <3

Yes, they are. I don't really use them, I just keep them displayed on the board like that. I'm going to keep on expanding my collection of video game pins and keychains.

Alright, so here's my place!

Here's my combined computer space/Wii gaming space. When not playing, I use that monitor as a second monitor for my laptop. Oh, and about the Wii...

Sexy, eh? It's myyyy preciousssss.

Spoiler!

My beloved retro gaming corner. NES, SNES and N64. Kinda untidy atm. I love my SNES in particular...

Spoiler!

...because it has the most awesome modification ever made for a SNES. It's 100% region free and can play any game in either 50hz or 60hz. How awesome is that?

Spoiler!

And finally, here's my nerdy Zelda shelf. These are all the Zelda games I currently own, I sold Minish Cap a few years back.

PAL N64 freaking blows, why'd you want that? Crappy 50hz and nasty resolution.

Hi guys. New member here. I've never posted pictures of my setup before on any forum. But this seems like a neat place to do it. Anyway, I'll explain a little since my setup is unusual (though these pictures don't show why it's unusual. The later set of pictures will).

This is my current, active setup which has my modern stuff:

Here's a closeup of the TV stand itself:

Here's the inside of the TV stand which houses the GameCube, DVD player and VCR:

Here's the DVD tower holding my current generation games (Movies are on the back side; it swivels):

Here's the computer setup (not really used for gaming at the moment. Retro stuff is in the closet to the left):

By the way, the GameCube has the official component cables, which makes the Game Boy Player output in 480p. Looks really good when you play games on it!

I went with a simple, organized setup for my room. I used to have the entire wall covered in game consoles (up to about 2006), but I decided to trim it down and make it look more... normal, shall we say?

Anyway, that's the modern stuff. I haven't taken pictures of my retro collection yet because I'm waiting for some items to arrive. I've been on a little shopping spree lately. It's addicting.

Just to give you an idea before I post the retro stuff later on, I own every major Nintendo system except for the Virtual Boy (for obvious reasons and because I can't play it without getting a headache). I also own every issue of Nintendo Power, and those issues range from good to mint condition. The first issue is almost mint. The second issue could probably be classified as mint. None of the issues have their posters cut out - all pages are in tact with no writing or markings.

I have several official Nintendo Power Player's guides (including every official Zelda Player's Guide). I'm not really into collecting figurines or anything - I just like the games, for the most part. But I really love magazines.

The retro collection is unusual in the sense that it's all stored in my closet, which makes it hidden, but it's easily moveable, which you'll see later on. I have tons of boxes, especially N64 boxes. Anyway, enough from me! I'll post the retro stuff later on after my stuff arrives. Cheers.

Wow some impressive collections here, Ive pawned/given away most of older stuff, but here's what I've got now. Probably get a console and a TV when I find some place I want to settle down in for a while.

And by the way people, don't be afraid to give away your older stuff to people who have it worse than you. I gave away my old game boy color with pokemon to a friend who had literally never owned a game console, and he had pure joy flowing out of his eyes like lasers.

get something with adjustable shelfs, i cannot stress that enough, the wider the better, and if its tall also make sure its width accounts for that, mine has to lean against the wall because its too tall, and be sure its wide enough for all your games and extra controllers

Nice room Chrissy. I like that you have posters set up. I haven't bothered to do that.

Thanks for the feedback as well. As someone else said, Ikaruga is dirt cheap. It was released in 2003 and I picked it up brand new at the time for like $30. Great game!

I'm still waiting for a bunch of other items to arrive, but in the mean time, I can post pictures of the Nintendo Power stuff.

Anyway, when you open the left side of my closet, this is what it looks like:

The very large, brown box is holding most of the Nintendo Power issues and some Player's Guides. The DVD box and that portable heater box are holding the rest. I've found boxes are the best way to store magazines. They keep away heat, moisture and sunlight, which can bleach the covers or pages. Anyway, when you open the box, this is what it looks like:

The first issue is on the bottom (don't worry, it doesn't hurt it at all). Anyway, I didn't know what pictures I should take of individual issues since I have them all. Unless someone has a request, I decided to just take pictures of all the Player's Guides. However, I forgot to take a picture of the Super Game Boy Player's Guide (though it's easy to find online). I have the four issues of Nintendo Power Advance that NP released in 2001. I wished they had continued it longer because they were great:

Zelda guides are always great to have:

I think eventually I will replace the hybrid Metroid Prime/Metroid Fusion guide with the official guides from NP.

Here's the newer stuff that Nintendo Power has come out with under Future Publishing:

I'll probably take pictures of the actual retro systems and games/controllers next. Then I'll take pictures of the boxes after that. I'm still waiting for some boxes to come in so that's why I'm holding off on that.

Nice on the Nintendo Power we have stacks of game pro in the room, but from the late 80's early 90's. its fun to read about the old gaming and what people thought gaming would be like in the future. Thanks for the compliment on the room.

Getting my gaming stuff moved to my room in a few weeks, along with a new T.V. (around 30'', 32'', flat screen) and a cheap shelf to all go on my desk. Hooray! My Wii, N64, SNES and PS1 can all live in a happy, organized place.

(As long as the other consoles don't go gang-banging on the PS1, i'll be fine :P)

Rearranged a few things, nothing has to sit on top of the cabinet anymore, so the SNES wont yellow, and the PS2s are back in a cabinet, i also put the DVDs upstairs, so i have more room if i want to bring the wii downstairs, which'll probably happen once i get a Wii U.
SIDENOTE: the large empty space on the right is where the genesis usually goes, but along with the console, my brother took most of the games with him to college

Alright, here?s the retro stuff like I promised. But before I get to that, I?ll give a quick history lesson to explain my setup. I call my setup unusual because the systems aren?t connected to my TV unless I pull them out of the closet and hook them up. How do I do this without much hassle?

Well, years ago Nintendo Power used to send out something called a Super Power Supplies Catalog that sold you exclusive Nintendo merchandise. Sort of like a better precursor to Club Nintendo, only you could buy the stuff with actual money. Some of the catalogs looked like this, for instance:

Nintendo sold some exclusive system organizers through this catalog, which I use for the NES, SNES and N64. This is what I?m talking about:

So when I was a kid in the mid-?90s, I saved up some money and mailed in checks/money orders for these things. I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for delivery too! But it was worth it. These things are hard to find these days because I don?t think they were available anywhere else. You can find them on eBay occasionally though. Oh, any my Game Boy Color carrying case is from that catalog as well. When I want to play, say, the SNES, I just pull the entire organizer out of the closet and hook the system up on the floor.

I keep the systems, games, etc. on the upper shelf in the closet:

I also keep my old CRT TV down below for the Super Scope and NES Zapper:

Here?s the Nintendo 64:

The games that are inside that organizer:

An additional set of games with a game organizer:

Hands down the best third party N64 controller, the Shark Pad Pro 64:

The Super NES:

Additional games with a game organizer:

The NES:

More NES games:

Extra controllers such as joysticks, which are stored out of sight:

Now, the handhelds.

The 3DS (a work in progress of course):

The DS Lite:

The Game Boy Advance:

The Game Boy Color case from the Super Power Supplies catalog and an additional smaller case for holding more games:

The Game Boy Color and games:

So, I don?t feel I have a ton of games compared to other collectors. When you look at any individual system of mine, I only have the games that I feel are the most desirable based on my tastes. It?s not like I collect hundreds of games just for the heck of it. But I kept all of the great games from my childhood and added a few more later on through eBay and whatnot. And, of course, the collection is still ongoing.

I?ll post the boxes later. Hope you guys liked it.

Haha, yeah, it's Dracula X alright. Complete no less. I've seen that they're recently going for a ridiculous amount on eBay. I think I got mine off eBay back in like 2000 or 2001.

This is what I’m talking about:

So when I was a kid in the mid-’90s, I saved up some money and mailed in checks/money orders for these things. I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for delivery too! But it was worth it. These things are hard to find these days because I don’t think they were available anywhere else.

Here’s the Nintendo 64:

The games that are inside that organizer:

An additional set of games with a game organizer:

Hands down the best third party N64 controller, the Shark Pad Pro 64:

The Super NES:

Additional games with a game organizer:

The NES:

More NES games:

Extra controllers such as joysticks, which are stored out of sight:

Now, the handhelds.

The 3DS (a work in progress of course):

The DS Lite:

The Game Boy Advance:

The Game Boy Color case from the Super Power Supplies catalog and an additional smaller case for holding more games:

The Game Boy Color and games:

So, I don’t feel I have a ton of games compared to other collectors. When you look at any individual system of mine, I only have the games that I feel are the most desirable based on my tastes. It’s not like I collect hundreds of games just for the heck of it. But I kept all of the great games from my childhood and added a few more later on through eBay and whatnot. And, of course, the collection is still ongoing.

I’ll post the boxes later. Hope you guys liked it.
Your collection is:

Oh, nice. Now I understand what those things were that DK was playing with using his feet in the catalog. I couldn't figure that out for the longest time.

They kind of look like round balls of poop in the catalog pic. xD Up close in my picture, you can easily see they're coconuts.

Boxes and more boxes. Right before the Nintendo 64 came out I figured out that I should keep all my boxes instead of letting people throw them away. Wish I had known that when I was little. So that's why from the N64 onward the boxes are more complete and in pretty good shape.

Don't worry. The cords aren't pulled tight at the spot where they connect to the controller itself. The picture doesn't really show that.

Snail, when you upload to imageshack the website will give you a bunch of links to use for your image. Just copy and paste the text that is posted in the "Forum" selection.

I prefer the X wrap around on the N64 controllers, it feels more natural.

My gaming corner is kinda scattered around the house. Living room has 2 Xbox 360s, my room has the PS3, and I play my 3ds anywhere I want.

Actually, the reason I don't x-wrap the controllers is that they won't fit in the organizer if I do that. I have to wrap them that specific way or they simply won't fit. The drawer is only deep enough to house the N64 controller, not the cord wrapped around it.

I was serious when I said Dracula X was complete. You really seem to like that game! I guess it was a good investment. Only paid like $40 when I got it off eBay about a decade ago. I understand that now the cartridge alone goes for like $80. Of course, if Konami would simply release it on the Virtual Console, that would drive the price of the SNES cartridge way down. I can't figure out why they haven't released that game, Castlevania Bloodlines and Contra Hard Corps for the Virtual Console yet. I'd download the Genesis games instantly.

even though the PC engine version of Dracula X is WAAAY better(and I would kill a baby to own a copy) than the SNES version, the SNES version holds a special place in my heart for being the first version I played.

Those bedsheets are awesome. Where did you get them?

Contra 4, Super Metroid, Super Bomberman... good choices.

Why do you quote a post that's nearly a year old? besides, I said that when the only contribution to this thread had been unserious stuff.

They are very similar to the Zero games, but fully voiced and with a bit more story sequences. I'm playing through ZX Advent now, which has a good deal of fully animated sequences - something I don't remember seeing at all in ZX.

Both games are (overall) less difficult than the GBA Zero games, but are nevertheless worth seeking out.

Smile ♫ All my games

Okay, so I went through all my gaming systems/games to take pics of 'em. Here they are:

Spoiler!

NES, bought in 2008. I really need to get more games to this little fella.

Spoiler!

SNES, bought in 2011. Painted it black/silver myself. Modified with 50/60hz switch and 100% region free. Many games are missing; they're at my sister's place. (she has our original SNES that we received as kids)

Spoiler!

N64, bought in 1999. Not much to say, other than that PAL 50hz N64 blows.

Spoiler!

GC, bought in 2002. Finally able to play (most games) in 60hz.

Spoiler!

Wii, bought in 2006, "Green Tanto" case. Bought a few games, but then i iz a pirate arrr...

Spoiler!

GBP, received in 1998. Not many games. The Pinocchio game is a pirated copy, even though my dad bought that for full price in a real gaming store back in the 90's, lol. -_-

Spoiler!

GBASP, bought in 2003. Gave my GBA to my sister when I bought this. That's a transparent decal thingie on top. Some games are missing; my sister borrowed them, too.

Spoiler!

DS Lite, bought in 2006. Sold my DS Phat when I bought this. Once again, i iz pirate arrr but I bought quite a few games before that.

Spoiler!

3DS, bought in 2011. I need more games.

Here's an better updated picture of my gaming cupboard.

I did used to have a lot more games (especially 360 games), but I sold a heap of them back before I moved to a new house due to money issues.

I also used to have a black and a white Yoshi in my collection, but ended up selling them, too.

I'll eventually post more stuff.

It's one of those lunchbox-cooler type things. I used to use it back when I went to school. Now I just use it to store excess cords, chargers and other stuff I don't use anymore.
