In all seriousness though, stuff happens, and it's probably just a little spec of dust that worked it's way under the screen somehow. If it bothers you enough and you just bought the console you can try to exchange it for another. If you can't exchange it you'll just have to live with it or try to sell it used on ebay or craigslist (don't be a dick though, be sure to mention the spot under the screen) By the way, those look like scuffs or scratches from the pictures. No way that much dust could get under the screen unless someone took the system apart, or you live outside in a desert. The 3ds screen is a plastic composite, not glass or gorilla glass, so gritty materials will scratch it quite easily. You should always try to blow off big or gritty particles before trying to wipe the screen clean. Also if you bought the system used make sure it's not just dust trapped under a screen protector.
