Getting a new system decision on Regions

I'm buying a 2DS, i really want it.

So my question is:
What to get?
If I Get a european 2DS, I'll be able to play all the games i have (40+)

But If I Get an american 2ds, the games are going to be MUCH Cheaper
and theres like 5 games I want, waiting on a price drop.

what do you guys think I should get?
the price difference is so low it doesn't matter.

If you already have over 40 games, I'd say it's a good idea to get a European system. But it depends, is this 2DS replacing your current 3DS or is it just an extra one? If it's the latter than go for an American system.

Are you buying a 2DS to replace a 3DS, DSi, or DS?

The DS is NOT region locked and will work on any region, however DSi-specific games won't. DSi-specific games are pretty rare, and the box should clearly state that a DSi is required.

im not buying 2ds soon.
it was and will be for collecting proposes
i gotta have em all , nintendo portables.
instead, i got a japanese 3DS LL... :]

ahhh okay. If I had the spare money, I'd do that too lol. I actually was really curious about the 2DS since it came out, not wanting one but wondered how people liked it cause it seemed so awkward to hold. BUT i tried holding one at a store the other day and it actually really comfy!
