ive just given up on splatfest, i know its supposed to be fun but when you lose all 4 in a row and seem to be on your way to losing your 5th it kinda takes the fun out of it

I just witnessed 4 krakens having a fight (or at least I thought they were all fighting each other...) on Kelp Dome during Splatfest. Two on each team all krakened around the same time and they were going crazy jumping and spinning into each other. It was magnificent.

Wish Splatoon had YT uploading like Smash Bros. and MK8 so I could show it.

Why do so many people favor whichever team Marie is on? Sorry, I just don't get it.

Singing and Dancing is a stupid Splatfest theme, I feel indifferent to them both. I went with Team Singing because the ink is pink. Dancing might win though, it seems like there are more people on that team.

I chose Callie's side for every splatfest so far. But mainly because I preferred those options more than Marie's options.

I went singing but I really don't care for either singing or dancing, I just like singing slightly better, but I bet dancing will win because I've lost all 4 in a row why not make it a 5th?

I'm going to have to import all that stuff. I love Splatoon.

I already have all the squid cushion plushes preordered. I might also get the artbook, calendar and soundtrack.

I also want these keychains, but I haven't found any import sites that sell them. I might have to look into trying to get a set off Yahoo Japan Auctions.

So we might be getting Squid Sisters amiibos. I hope it's one big thing as opposed to an amiibo for both Callie and Marie. It'd make it easier to collect Also hope it's not derpy looking. Nintendo seems to be cheaping out on the sculpts. Dont really care about any in-game benefits though. Just kinda like collecting Amiibs.

I must admit it is pretty cool but I'm not sure how I'd feel about seeing virtual idols in concert haha.

Ehh, it's basically the same as seeing a real idol except there's no way theyll mess up or sing badly. But then again, sometimes concert versions of songs turn out better than the original. Id go to one if they played new songs. I bet they also had a whole bunch of Splat merch there.

I mean, in fairness it's not just a matter of watching some projections on a screen. You get the live band and extended/concert cuts of songs, in addition to the general spectacle and energy of being there.
