Question Best 3DS XL Memory Card?

I plan on buying a 3DS XL the day after thanksgiving (Black Friday), and I was just wondering what memory card I should get for it?

I heard that 32GB Sandisk Class 4 is the best 3DS XL memory card, unless I'll only need 16GB?

I don't plan on buying any DLC or eShop/online exclusives, just physical retail games.

I would suggest a 32 GB. I am not sure if i would use a class 4 as shown in the picture. Most cards are class 10 now anyways. The class is the transfer speed if you did not know.

You can usually find them on sale weekly at best buy.

Thanks for the advice, you've both been very helpful .

I've decided to just wait and see how fast the default 4GB memory card fills up to 100%, before even thinking about buying a bigger memory card.

I have a samsung 16gb in mine. I'm happy with it, didn't pay much, and by the time I fill it up I can get a 256gb for what I paid for my 16gb.

You can also use micro sd cards with a micro sd to sd card adaptor. I'm using a SanDisk Ultra 16gb micro sd card with a sd card adapter & it works just fine.

16 GB, as you're not planning on downloading a lot of stuff. Don't waste more money on space you won't use (unless you want to use de same SD for other things...)
