[Unanswered] Refurbishing original 3ds

Default Refurbishing original 3ds

Mine is in ok condition, only a little scuffed. But it could be better. Any Tips



Argh! This drives me crazy how do I get it out?

you could probably poke it inside with a toothpick but then it would be inside the system

as for cleaning the system itself you can use LCD wipes for the screens and a microfiber cloth for dust. any small scratches can be removed or less noticable if you just do the toothpaste trick( i havent tried it myself tho).Just dab a bit of toothpaste at the end of a cotton swab or a soft cloth. Gently rub it in to your scratches in a circular motion, being careful not to rub too hard and remove any surface coating. Then wipe the whole thing down with a soft, barely-damp cloth.

You should've bought it from Nintendo as it would be less dirty and more functional.
