Default Pokemon Omega Ruby OR Alpha Sapphire

Which one will you get and why?

Haven't played Pokemon in a while and thinking about giving it another go. These were the last Pokemon games I fully played through so probably best to start with these again. I'm not really sure which one I want yet. I had both for the GBA but mainly played Sapphire so will probably end up getting that.

I think I might get both versions. I like to have trade with myself over ether version.

I guess this is the first time I'll be getting both. Ruby because it was my first Pokemon game, and Sapphire because I really like the new Team Aqua designs. Fitting since this is where I started Pokemon.

I will get Alpha sapphire just because I like blue more than red, Kyogre looks awesome, and I have the original Sapphire.

I've just pre-ordered Alpha Sapphire myself. Mainly because it was the first and main one I played through of the originals.

Looks like Alpha Sapphire is a lot more popular.

I may or may not get the game, but I did pick up Ruby back in elementary. Groudon, honestly, just looked better than Kyogre to me. I was a bigger fan of fighting Team Aqua though.

I'll just pre-ordered Omega Ruby. Wanted to wait until some more version exclusive Pok?mon are announced but amazon Germany just had it for a great pre-order price.

I would preferr blue over red, but I like Groudon more than Kyogre and I'm more into fire than water Pok?mon.

I was a late comer to gen 3 back in the day and went with Emerald. I will be getting both simply because I cannot choose either instead of the other. I have 1 physical copy of Pokemon Y so I'll be getting them both digital, no trading to and from myself but Pokebank has taken nearly all of the need for that away anyway.

Too bad that's UK exclusive. Nintendo Germany doesn't sell any games at all

Nevermind, Amazon.de got it, without the figure, but at least I'll get the steelbook! Thanks for posting!

Ruby for me. Its legendary Pokemon looks more intriguing to me due to it being a fire-type. I love fire-type Pokemon.

Or put Pokemon up for trade in GTS with weird requirements and trade them quickly before someone else snags your Pokemon.

Pokemon is quite easy to pick up and play, I think if you're interested in the series then you'd have no problem getting to grips with it. The hardest part is only picking 6 Pokemon

No, the hardest part is choosing your Pokemons' four moves!
I hope they'll change this in the future. More variety is always better. A pipe dream though, I know.
