- Lots of extremely cool content
- Obviously has been developed after the game has been released
- Decently priced
- Nice incentive to buy both packs

I don't feel violated, good job ninty. Only problem is they're being stubborn about the battle mode issue. Also this is ages away but that's what you get with quality.

am i the only one who doesn't like the idea of non mario characters in mario kart? don't get me wrong, i'm just as excited about this as everyone else, but mostly for the new vehicles and courses. i'm just not sure how i feel about animal crossing characters in mario kart and link. can you imagine the noises link will be making? XD and seriously, tanooki mario and cat peach? do we really need more mario and peach clones in this with the babies and metals? oh well, still definitely getting this and hyped for it.

Honestly, I was pretty against the idea of Nintendo Kart for a while, but I think this is a really good way to handle it. I appreciated the creative freedom the dev team has in creating tracks, not necessarily needing them to be deeply connected to the Mario IP, resulting in cool tracks like Waluigi Pinball and Sunshine Airport. However, with crossover content as DLC, we get the same creative tracks as before in the main game, but on top of that, we get a few cool crossover tracks.

4 Marios and 4 Peachs are a bit much though, lol

I dont like the idea either of non mario characters much at all and link and the animale crossing characters really will seem pretty off while racing and Link making his "Huuuawwww" noise while boosting will sound funny XD the clone characters also really are not necessary at all and could have been used for diddy or birdo or king boo or someone else. Overall still great dlc though and the tracks look cool and the blue falcon and other karts will be really fun and definitely of course getting it

My only problem with the DLC are Cat Peach and Tanooki Mario. It would have been nice to see more returning characters besides Dry Bowser. Everything else looks great, I'll be pre-ordering this asap. Especially with the Yoshi/Shy Guy alt colors bonus.

I don't mind non-Mario characters in Mario Kart, but do we really need more reskins/variations of the same racers?

I've been perfectly fine with a crossover "Nintendo kart" type deal. I've not been necessarily asking for it or anything, nor do I think it'd be "better" than regular mario kart, but there'd be no complaints from me if that did happen.

I'm perfectly okay with them adding non Mario characters to the game. But I'm not okay with them adding so many versions of Mario and Peach.
