Default Single Game SD Card Transfer

Okay, this is going to be a bit difficult to explain, but please bear with me. (Also, I'm sorry for not introducing myself or anything, I'm rather desperate *flops*).

So, my Tomodachi Life save data corrupted, and like an idiot I never backed up the data. However, a while back, I'd actually transferred from a 4 GB SD card to a 32 GB SD card. Therefore, I have the game and a working save file on my 4 GB SD card, even if it's a somewhat old one.

Is it possible to transfer just the Tomodachi Life save data to my 32 GB SD Card? I've bought new games and played them in the time since I bought my new card, and I'd really rather not lose the save files by transferring everything from my 4GB SD card over. Would it work, maybe, if I deleted everything except Tomodachi Life on my 4GB SD card, and then copied the files straight into the 32GB SD Card, letting it replace any files with the same names?

Pardon for asking a weird question like this, but I really don't want to start again if I don't have to.

Okay, it was extremely annoying, but I've managed to save my game file without losing any other data! If anyone wants to know how, feel free to ask.

Also, I don't seem to be able to make this an "answered" question, for whatever reason.
