Here's mine, in order:

1. Mario Kart 7
2. Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon
3. StreetPass games, especially Find Mii 1&2, Monster Manor, and Mii Force.
4. Disney Magical World
5. Picross e1-e5
6. Galaga 3D Impact (from Pac-Man & Galaga Dimensions)
7. Rayman 3D (I know, I know, but it kept me occupied during the early, dark days of the 3DS)
8. LoZ: A Link Between Worlds
9. Frogger 3D
10. Centipede: Infestation

Honorable Mentions:
Animal Crossing: New Leaf (though I never need to play another AC again)
3DS Camera - I love making people go "Wow" by showing them instant 3D photos and videos.

Wishlist:
Any type of Metroid. Another 3DS Mario Kart game.

Edit: Removed Pokemon Rumble World from Honarable Mentions since the end game has gotten exceedingly tedious.
