Default Need help identifying a part

Hello all!

I replaced a cracked top screen on my son's 3DS XL. Now the console is not working at all...

However, a small part fell out, and I couldn't figure out where it came from, so I reassembled the console without it. It is a soft rubber piece, with a clear plastic inside. Looks like a button. Will you please help me to find out what this part is, and where does it belong? I attached a picture of it. Thanks!!

Do you have another photo showing the other side of the part

The part looks somewhat similar to this piece.

Yes, here's the picture of the back side (attached). It's a blurry pic, but basically the clear plastic piece protrudes from the back.

No, I don't think this is the same part as in your picture.
