Have you done a reset of the router and deleted/re-entered the connection settings on your 3DS?

If you 3DS is connecting to other routers, then at least it's not a hardware issue.

How well are other devices connecting to your router?

Restarting the 3DS will not be enough to fix the issue.

You have to go into your 3DS system settings and make sure you have entered everything correctly.

did you change your wifi SSID or password on your router and not re-enter/edit that information in your 3ds settings under wifi settings, if not then that is why your 3ds isnt connecting, if you change that information on your router it doesnt change automatically on any of your devices connected to the router (unless its a wired connection)

when you have the right SSID and password entered it should connect

try deleting your previous connection to your router then re-connect it again
that way it has a fresh connection to your router

Ok so something weird just happened. i just tried to connect to my router and performed a connection test and it worked. However, i just tried to open up the store and i still received an error code : 003-2103. man i had my hopes up

sigh so i went back and tried to do a connection test again and IT FAILED. it literally worked for like a second. sigh

You could always check this site: https://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wf...r_code=0032103 It usually gives decent results.

I don't really know what to say to help you personally as I have never had this happen to me before but if you poke around on nintendo's site a bit you should find something.

Hope I helped!
