im tryna watch the straight outta compton music video by nwa on youtube on my 3ds that i bought from my boy ez who set up an account on there before ez sold it to me but for some reason it sends me to the app store and asks me to enter ezs pw which idk and the only other options i have r quit and i forgot which tells me to go to systems settings and reset the pw and when i do that it only lets me send a temporary pw to ezs email which idek. all help is much appreciated

You don't need the YouTube app if you have the New Nintendo 3DS XL! The YouTube app is only for old models, but since you have a new model, YouTube will work from right within the browser. First, go to the HOME Menu (it doesn't matter if a game is open) . On the touch screen, tap the blue globe icon on the top-right. Then, go to youtube.com and search the video you want with the stylus. Hit play and the video player will open. 3D videos are also supported.

Although this solves the YouTube issue, you should consider going into your Parental Controls, in the System Settings (wrench icon) on the HOME Menu, to try and get the email issue sorted, because he won't be able to buy games or use Miiverse otherwise.

A factory reset is in order. There's really no other way to remove the other NNID from the unit unless you know the password to that account. Be aware that any digital games will be lost permanently on completion of the factory reset, as they are the property of EZ's NNID, and not of the new NNID you will create.
