Default new nintendo loyalty program

I am just curious if anyone has heard anything about the new Nintendo loyalty program Nintendo promised when they closed Nintendo club over a year ago.

There hasn't been any news for the western territories, unfortunately.

There has been some vague stuff hinted at like how instead of codes rewards will be based upon how much you play the game or something.

The bolded bit suggests that Nintendoland is indeed happening
