Should i buy a new 3ds XL?
So... story time,
It has been a while since i've touched my original 3ds... Man... i've had a blast replaying OOT(Main reason why i bought it!) MK8 and some other games... But the issue i had with it was the 3d was clunky when i wasn't holding it in the sweet spot, and after an hour orso my hands started to hurt since it was so small... Now with pokemon sun/moon coming out... i've a itch... Should i get it? But do i really wanna relive that crap again? And honestly... maybe should i just buy a new one? The big one? 200 euro's though... Is it worth it? I don't wanna regret this decision in a month or two, Is there any new consoles from nintendo coming out?(Handheld) Or maybe even a new version of it that i should wait a month or two for? Ofcourse i would buy Zelda MM and some other games on top of pokemon. I'm just not sure if its gonna be worth 200 to basicly buy a bigger version and just let my old one collect dust unless my GF wants to play together lol. Cause its gonna be either a 3ds XL or i'm gonna save a bit more and get a PS4 for when the new final fantasy games are coming out. Suggestions, i welcome thee! And thanks! |

Do it. The N3DS XL is the best way to play 3DS. That screen size is amazing. Get the Solgaleo and Lunala 3DS if you can.

I was the same... Had the old 3ds and not sure whether or not to go for the xl. I went with my gut and it. It's amazing... No hand cramps at all so much more comfortable to play! Can't recommend it enough. Mind you I prefer handhelds to normal consoles anyday.

I've had an XL for a long time, and never had hand cramps, but I also owned an original and never had cramps with that either. I recenty got a New XL and the 3D effect is a huge improvement. I say go for it. My 3DS sees considerably more use than my PS4. Sell your old one on eBay to get back some kf the money!
