Does anybody know GMT what time the briefing will be? Or just a rough morning/mid-day/night thing?

well we dont know how itll even be announced yet it could be a press conference or just a tweet or something like that

I've contacted Nintendo and the briefing will begin at 2:00 PM (Eastern Time). You can watch live at: www.Nintendo.com/3DS

I'm thinking it will be 10am. Check out the local time of Chiba, Japan where the press briefing will be held.
