Default IGN "3DS Announcement Next Week: What We Expect"
Hi, guys first post with some news

IGN posted a new article this evening, with the predictions and their expections from the press conference.

Most noteworthy, is that say the announcements should only be for Japan, and they predict that we won't see anything announcements for North America for the next three months. But perhaps for other regions. Here is on thee last things they said quote:

A lack of information from North America. This is Japan's show and everything that will be coming out of Japan will be for that territory ? we've already been told that no foreign press will be able to attend this September 29th event.

Our predictions: Nintendo of America won't have anything to comment on about the press conference details. While we'd love to see an enthusiastic announcement about the system in this territory, the company will most likely remain in quiet mode about the 3DS to focus on the next three months?as well as the last hurrah: Pokemon Black and White in early 2011. We'll probably hear more out of Nintendo's Europe or Australia than out of NOA, as seems to be what usually happens in these system reveals.

B.S. we are gonna get a USA release date, no problem... infact it wouldnt surprise me if its a simultaneous world wide release... but it WILL be out this year and we WILL know when

This is what makes nintendo, nintendo. They are strict about most of their releases and try not to share info outside of their own territory. *sigh*

Is this how Japan is getting back at USA after WWII? It sure is cruel and selfish. I guess this means that it won't be out for awhile if North America has to wait 3 extra months just to hear the release.

*Sigh( Look, it maybe Japan-Only conference, but that doesnt mean it'll only give the release date and price for Japan only. -.-

Remember that Nintendo need to sell the 3DS as soon as possible anytime before Christmas because Nintendo's sales are kinda going down, and releasing the 3DS on the US and UK on November or December will sale so quickly.

I doubt this will be Japan only. In that case there they would choose a smaller area for the press breifing.

If Nintendo doesn't give us a release date and price, EVERYONE OUTSIDE JAPAN WILL BE MAD SOON.

Ehh, here's what Rei thinks.

When they announced the whole September 29th Day thing, they DIDN'T SAY 'oh and it's Japan-only btw' and they haven't come out and said it either.

IF it was Japan only, you'd think they'd, idk, tell us? Instead of saying 'Early December release in Japan! And uh, stand by for other region details' the day of the conference and letting everyone down.
